N.J. football Top 20, Sept. 21: Two non-publics take big tumbles, two first-timers make debut
Peace came upon the top nine teams in the new NJ.com Top 20 football rankings. Eight wins and a bye maintained the status quo. The same could not be said for the final 11 teams ranked 10-20 after the Week 3 slate.
